Online. People scan it online. The best website I found was Mangafox.com. If a manga isn't in the scroll bar it is in the directory. you can read entire series online.

Have fun. The manga I would highly suggest is vampire knight. The farther you get into it the more messed up it gets, but you can't get enough. Believe me it is awesome
